About Eliana
Born and raised in the beautiful country of Venezuela, Eliana made the bold decision to leave Engineering school and her country to study in the U.S. instead. She earned a B.S. and a Masters degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Texas, as an homage to her dad's profession.
She later found her true passion, made another bold switch to fitness, and became certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer. She has also received certifications in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Silversneakers, TRX training, Senior Specialist, and Fall Prevention.
Combining her teaching skills with fitness has become the perfect blend to help others elevate to the best version of themselves, physically and mentally!

Elevate Fitness isn’t built around generic programs or intensity for intensity’s sake. My work is guided by the BLISS Method: Believing Life Is Simplified Stories, a practical framework that recognizes how habits, stress, identity, and the nervous system influence strength, consistency, and health outcomes.

Instead of forcing people into rigid plans, I focus on building strength that supports real life: safer movement, better balance, sustainable nutrition, and confidence that extends beyond the workout itself.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s clarity, capability, and empowerment that leads to long-term resilience.
